CirKadian is a healthcare company that develops user-customized healthcare devices and related software for those who need to overcome sleep disorders, jet lag, a weak immune system, depression, and decreased concentration caused by disruptions of the circadian rhythm in individuals with modern lifestyles. We are developing sensor elements and algorithms that detect circadian illuminance and biometric signals that users feel over a 24-hour period to enhance biorhythms through phototherapy. We aim to create personalized healthy environments through user-customized programs for sleep management, recovery from jet lag, and optimized sustainable lifestyles.
The CirKadian Illuminometer measures circadian rhythms by utilizing real-time blue light that interferes with the release of melatonin. The CirKadian Application provides the circadian rhythm index and controls the user-customized phototherapy program of the CirKadian Lamp. The CirKadian Lamp uses monochromatic LED converted from fluorescent light, as well as blue LED to mimic color temperatures similar to natural light with technology implementing a light environment synchronized with the Earth’s rotation cycle to enable customized LED phototherapy.
